February 2026 Family Finances Forum Meeting

A message from John Coleman:

After a prolonged break over the Christmas period, the first meeting of the Family Finances Forum in 2026 will be next Thursday19 February.  Despite the long break, we still face ongoing turbulence caused by Trump’s tariffs, wars in Ukraine, Gaza, & Sudan, the ramifications of the Epstein Files and, more recently, Starmer’s “friends”.  However, the FTSE 100 still remains at its highest level ever!
If you’re as confused as me, it will be interesting to hear the views of our Guest Speaker, who will review the Investment Scene and use his Crystal Ball to explore, “Where do we go from here”

As usual, we begin gathering for tea, coffee & biscuits at Weybourne House (GU2 4DR) from 9.45am onwards and the meeting starts at 10.00 a.m.  To cover the cost of hiring the room and refreshments, there is a charge of £4, which can be paid on the day or, preferably, by Bank Transfer prior to the meeting, using the usual details.

Note that wives, partners & offspring are always welcome to these sessions.
